Ice climbers place screws into the ice and use ropes to break their fall should they lose a hold. Should the entire face of ice they are climbing fall, so will all of their protection and security.

He was previously Director of Emerging Technology Ventures for Microforum in Toronto, named the fastest growing technology company in Canada by Arthur Andersen in 1999. Previously, he was the Product Manager for Microforum’s e-commerce product, iFrontECS, used by some of the largest sites on the Internet. Mr. Dickson helped establish Campusfood, a New York based company that facilitates online food ordering, and assisted it from seed through expansion to over 190 universities. He is a cofounder of Emailias, a company that addresses problems with email control, organization and privacy.
Graham is a Master Scuba Instructor and founder of Arctic Kingdom Marine Expeditions whose expeditions have been featured in numerous magazines and television shows. He successfully led the first sport diving expeditions to swim with walrus, Bowhead whales, Narwhals and the Greenland Shark. Previous experience includes working at Lockheed Martin in Kanata and Morgan Stanley on Wall Street. He received a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania with a concentration in Economics at the Wharton School of Business. Graham speaks basic French, Spanish and Italian.
